The equipment is old and not as clean as it should be.

The swift & efficient resolution of our initial concerns when arriving. The hosts addressed these excellently.

Rough seeming area on arrival though all seemed ok during the stay. Parking not great.

The apartment was clean and comfortable for me.

The entrance of the property was always very dirty.

Flat was ok nothing special could be nice with a bit more attention but beds so so uncomfortable and no bedding at all for sofa bed which was stained

The flat is basically 18-25s only you want to stay up all night! Not a nice area and very shabby!The hosts totally ignore calls and messages, they only called me back once in the evening to give me details as to where the back door key was hidden as this was only fire escape so was needed and said they would ‘try’ to get bedding for the sofa bed then ignored me since. The flat is in need of repair the flooring is a trip hazard there were burn marks on the worktop and stains on sofa bed and beds which was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever laid on! Worse thing was the flat is 2 doors from a club/pub open until 3am which is not mentioned at all and the thumping music and dj kept us up all night and the fights outside scared the children on top of that there were neighbours in the foyer so loud and thumping around at 6am.

Location was ideal, many varied restaurants practically on the doorstep. Space was light and airy, rooms were comfortable. Gaining entry was easy and property felt secure. Netflix was a bonus and the TV easy to use.

Not the easiest place to find with car parking a walk away. Parking fees certainly add up. Lack of curtains in the living room, laminate flooring and sparse décor gave it an echo feel. Would benefit from some cereal bowls, not just soup bowls and could do with a spruce up in certain areas as it's starting to show signs of wear in parts (kitchen worktop, bathroom flooring and bathroom door surrounds - not helped by the overspray from the wet room showers. Shower curtain, maybe?)
