EV4 DREAMZ VILLA Spacious and cozy

I can’t tell you about this property because I was moved to a different location due to a lack of communication between rental agencies, complete strangers showed up to the rental I was placed in expecting to stay there, the grounds keepers showed up and walked through the backyard without letting me know(I brought my dog), the voice on the other end of the phone sent her “trusted team” to drop a few things in the garage, they packed it full so it was no longer usable and brought yard furniture through to the back via the gate and left said gate open so when I let my dog out into the back yard(dirt and moss and weeds), she took off after a neighbors cat. Luckily she didn’t go far and came back quick, but given with all the fees and such, I paid $3k to stay in this house, I should’ve been left to my leisure or at least made aware of the gardeners schedule and her team should’ve been more vigilant knowing the property was occupied + dog. Also due to the lack of communication between agencies, the property wasn’t prepared as it should’ve been, I had to search for towels and wash cloths. The tv in the master bedroom rested on the couch and lacked a remote so was essentially useless, both tvs downstairs wouldn’t connect to anything, so they too, were useless. The initial problem didn’t start with the owner or manager(whoever was on the phone), but they were prompt in answering my call and getting me somewhere to sleep.

There were food splatters above the kitchen pantry door, dead bugs all over the floors, crumbs and debris in between couch cushions, the clean was poor to fair but lacked detailed eyes.

This property was great as we were working just around the corner. Safeway and other shops were about 20-25 minutes' walk away. The kitchen was well-equipped and the host quickly sent over a few items that were missing. We really enjoyed our two weeks here.

There were some cleaning issues - carpet stains and mildew in the bathroom. Nothing earth-shattering, but cleaning could be reinforced.
