The Nest - Thatched seaside country cottage for two

Absolutely amazing. Wonderful hosts, Eve and Mike! Peace and quiet. The cottage is clean and has everything you need. 10 minutes walk to the pub and shop. The people are very nice, the food is delicious. 15 minutes to Lablador Bay where you can spend the whole day walking or lying on the grass, beautiful views. If like me you want to relax from the city I highly recommend it.

Delightful property in a very quiet rural location. The property was very well equipped and very clean. The hosts were very welcoming and lovely people. An excellent stay and we will definitely book again. The local pub, The Church Inn, had a good selection of beers and the food was excellent.

Eve & Mike were so welcoming, from the generous touch of prosecco on arrival, personal recommendations of good pubs to eat (we tried three, so many thanks for that!) and letting us meet their beautiful horses. The Nest is well equipped, with full cooking facilities, a decent spacious shower, plenty of space & storage and is beautifully decorated - it really does feel like the perfect mini home-from-home! The views are spectacular, including horses, sheep, rabbits and bird-song all day - it was our perfect paradise and we can't wait to return!

We loved everything! The hosts were wonderful and kind. They helped with any questions that we had. The Nest is a stunning cottage. It was extremely calming being there. The views were magnificent and the location was excellent for beaches and countryside walks alike!

I liked everything staying in a cottage for the first time was great. The area is lovely but Devon always is. Eve and Mike are very welcoming. The whole experience was great.

Loved the location and it had all the facilities we needed. Loved addition of Netflix on tv so we could cosy in and watch a film at night. So many beautiful coastal walks all around!
