"Good"

Apart from the initial check-in hurdle, the host communicated proactively and responded to messages promptly. . Once inside, the place felt comfortable. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. There is a sliding door and a small balcony.

The check-in was unpleasant. (It took three tries to get a response to my messages and get information on checking in.). The locker is not easy to open and I needed help with that. The location did not feel completely safe from the afternoon and during the weekend. (If you are not familiar with the area ensure that you a reliable modes of commuting). The toilet seat is broken and the window does not close fully.

The place is very spacious and clean. It is comfortable and well furnished. Decent internet connection too. Certainly good value for the price.

No air-conditioning. However, there is a fan that really helped.

Everything is amazing. Hector and Stony were so much help even after we inconvenienced them with our check in time, they were still available to assist. This place is perfect, will definitely be staying here again!

The apartment is beautifully furnished and very well maintained. The apartment is comfortable and had everything we required. Great communication from the host throughout our stay. The fan comes in very handy as it gets quite hot inside the apartment.

Not a train smash, but there are two schools next to the property, so it gets quite loud in the mornings.

"Great Stay, at a Great Place"

I really enjoyed our stay here, everything was exceptional. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It was easy for me to come and go to the university and the safety features are great, I felt safe the whole stay. I hands down recommend this places. It's clean, comfortable and has more than what you need, with an oven, microwave, kettle and fridge!

Everything was good, I have no complaints.
