It's close to transport and Gran Vía

I had a very bad experience. I arrived after midnight and was left waiting outside for over 30 minutes, even though they insisted I provide my arrival time and assured me someone would be there. When a man finally arrived, he stood inside the apartment and demanded extra cash that was never mentioned in the booking. As a woman traveling with my mother and two underage siblings, I felt pressured and had to pay so he would leave. I contacted Booking.com, but they did nothing to properly help or resolve the situation. The apartment does not match the listing (misleading photos, very dark, no proper windows) and has undisclosed narrow stairs which makes it impractical with luggage. It is close to transport and Gran Vía, but located on a sketchy alley with people drinking and shouting, so the area does not feel safe. I do NOT recommend this place.
