We had a lovely time on your apartment. It was compact but everything that we need during our stay were provided.The location was excellent and really convenient in touring around the beautiful city of Madrid.

I would say only location is OK.

The apartment is tiny. The person who opened the door didn't speak English. It was difficult to communicate. But the main problem is the following. The day before our arrival they sent a message that we need to pay a deposit of 150 euros. The deposit is promised back in 5 days. More than a month later, I still haven't gotten my money back. I sent them a message to remind them of this, but I was completely ignored. I also contacted booking.com and they promised to fix the problem, but still no money. I think they are just scammers. So please be careful with them.
