Grand in the Park

Location was great, The accommodations were VERY GRAND! They provided a many un anticipated bonus as well, which helped us feel right at home in, in a place that was more GRAND then our usual accommodations.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, in a great location in Glasgow’s west end.

The property is gorgeous and is exactly as pictured. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the location is terrific!

The only thing that could be improved was the hall lights in the entry way did not come on when it got dark. It made entering the building and walking upstairs a bit challenging.

The Floor makes some noise which could wake people up at night

It would be hard to list all that is wonderful about this apartment. The elegant and practical especially in the well appointed kitchen and bedrooms. So much light thru huge windows looking out into gardens and the park. It is QUIET. We were able to create full dinners from a great kitchen with everything you need to cook for guests presented in the spacious grand dining room. The owner is FANTASTIC! We encountered a medical emergency upon arrival at 11pm...Mark responded immediately with support and interest. All contact with him was immediately responded to. Best experience EVER! The park directly across the street is beautiful and if you like dogs, it's a dog haven. We walked the river trail in the park and found little penguin statues embedded in rock a wall...go find them! And if you're driving, there is ample free parking in the street in front of the building. Lastly, after driving for nearly 12 hours, we found the apartment stocked with some basic essentials like milk, yogurt, cheese, bread, fruit, coffee! This was amazing and so appreciated. We could wake up and have a slow start the next day.

Maybe a few more kitchen towels would be nice. And being from the States, we miss face clothes. The linens provided were top notch, tho!
