DEToller Außenbereich. Schöner Pool. Eins der Schlafzimmer ist sehr geräumig.
Die Schlafzimmer riechen leider sehr feucht und unangenehm. An den Decken und Wänden ist sichtbar Schimmel, über den zum Teil nur drüber gestrichen wurde. Die Glisten-Up könnte einen kleinen Glow-Up vertragen. Es gibt kein warmes Wasser in den Duschen, der Trinkwasser Spender kühlt nicht richtig, die Lichter im Schlafzimmer funktionieren nicht, die Türen offnen/schließen nicht. Wenn man sich hier etwas Mühe gibt, dann wird es wieder richtig schön.
DEThis villa has a lot of potential. Great Pool. Great location. It’s quite, but only 10 minutes to the ICON mall or 15 minutes to the beach and the kitchen/relaxing patio has great potential. Communication with the owner was easy, fast, friendly and the cleaning lady very nice.
Please: The owner needs to invest some money into his property - it’s worth it! The chairs are dangerous to sit on - one broke and a friend fell over backwards, the other chair is extremely wobbly and a nail is visible. There were many mosquitos at the relaxing area. They seem to stay in the seat cushions. Missing handle in the shower. Filthy/Calcified showerhead. Damaged walls (water spots etc.) Dry palms in the garden which nearly hurt someone of our group while sun-bathing by shedding leafs. This place could be a 10 out of 10 with some more maintenance - especially for high tourist season.
AUI seriously can't understand the negative reviews.this villa has everything you need. It is an older villa but clean comfortable and en was fantastic came every other day to clean change linen. Beautiful smiles 😁. Gede the host is fantastic. Take some time to chat with him. The pool is very inviting. It is close to amazing warungs. Do yourself a favour try authentic balanise food. I would recommend this villa in a heartbeat 💓 and will be back.it is very quiet close to everything Sanur.

The Villa was extremely run down. It has never been maintained. The pool has a large leak, we we're forever topping it up. Because more water was being added the chemical was being diluted so the pool was green for a large portion of our stay. I am extremely surprised this is on Booking.com. The management of the Villa were very friendly and helpful where possible. The only saving grace was the excellent location.
