Al Vico Primo - Boutique Apartment

The appartment is perfect for two people or a Family. There is a second bedroom with two single beds upstairs. The ceiling upstairs is low, but the view is great! Everything was clean, spacious and the kitchen was well equiped. The parking was in 10 minute Walking distance and cost 2€ per day. Parking with a big car is not a problem. For a small mountain village that is all right. There is a small shop nearby. Adele was really friendly and answered quickly when we had a question. The appartment has a Water tank, so that we had running water also after 7:30pm. There was also central gas heating which was good in the end of October! The view downstairs is different but also really beautiful and scenic (see pictures).

One of the four gas hops did not work and the breakfast consisted of prepackaged Croissants and sweet treats as well as yoghurt and Coffee. It was ok.

Cozy, bright and warm apartment! Everything needed was in place, absolutely nothing to complain about. The host is also very helpful and friendly. So I’d highly recommend this place.

Spectacular full apartment in a magical little town. A small cosy attic with two single beds and a breathtaking view to the Dolomites framing the town. Really cosy atmosphere inside and outside. Small full kitchen with everything you need. Cosy bathroom. Cosy living area with great views. Great communication. Appreciated the attention to full day parking. Recommended!

We got a water closure at 22h30, which kept us from taking a bath until next morning, even had to brush theeth with bottled water. Other than that, it would have been a perfect stay!

Lovely apartment perfectly located. Host amazing and helpful. Great facilities for our one evening there to go and explore…

- almost nothing, if I had to write something, 10 min walk from the carpark to the apartment (no complaints, but if you have walking difficulties to note) - unfortunately the view is available only from the attic windows, but it’s already clear in the pictures that’s the case!

Great apartment in a small beautiful and quiet city. Fully equipped, clean, cozy and stylish. Totally recommended!

Super excellent host - Adele and her family ensured our check-in experience was hassle-free, they were there in person to help us with the parking and helped to drive to the property with all our luggages. The house is right in the middle of Pietrapertosa, less than 10 minutes walk to all 3 hiking spots and restaurants in town. We had the whole house which was very clean and well kept, comfortable with 2 rooms (double room downstairs and twin room up a spiral staircase), living room, kitchen and shower room.

This wasn't an issue for us - but do consider that the property is located within the ZTL area of Pietrapertosa, so you can't drive into if you're not a resident. You'll have to park your car at available parking bays (5-10 minute walk up a hill) - but I believe this is a standard case for nearly all hotels in the area.

We loved the attention to detail, the large space, great design and well appointed furnishings. Andrea, our host was very attentive, available for any questions and very helpful with restaurant suggestions. We also loved Pietrapertosa and would have loved to have stayed longer.

The parking was a little difficult to navigate, and the bed was quite firm.

Beautiful apartment in the city a little tricky to fine but worth the adventure! Great breakfast included at a local bar.
