The flat is spacious, with a large double bed and a decent bathroom in the quieter second part of the property, after the internal patio. However, the two sections are divided by very thin walls in the first part, so you hear everything from neighbouring rooms. The first bathroom is old and not well maintained. There’s only one air-conditioning unit for the large first section (living room and adjoining rooms), meaning it must run all night in summer to cope with the heat in Spain.

Poor Hygiene, Pests, and Unreasonable Charges The property had hygiene/cleaning issues. We found cockroaches twice in two days, plus a handful of pills and hairs in the interior patio directly in front of the bedroom door. This patio must be crossed to reach the bedroom, yet it was dusty and dirty, requiring shoes. Being on the ground floor made it exposed to street dirt. Multiple gaps in walls, ventilation, and air-conditioning units provide easy access for pests. At this price (300€ a night), no preventive measures is unacceptable. Finally, we were charged €25 for a baby high chair, the first such fee we’ve seen in over 20 rentals. We bought one locally for €10. Poor value for money overall.

Great location and had everything you need for a short or long stay. Polite and responsive host. Very clean and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. No need to purchase a multi-day travel pass, because the apartment is close to the center and its about 0.40-2 euro per trip when buying separate tickets. There are restaurants and bike rentals close-by.

The electricity kept shutting off once or twice a day requiring us to restart it from the fuse box. The 2 adjacent rooms had no noise isolation, so you won't have privacy unless you are in the separated bedroom.

Great place for 3 couples. Small sofa for people to sit
