Il titolare molto gentile, educato, disponibile e simpatico. La vicinanza alla chiesa.

La mancata pulizia. Non sono stati cambiati gli asciugamani durante il soggiorno, non sono stati raccolti i rifiuti, lo scarico del bagno non funzionava bene e la stanza non è stata pulita minimamente durante il soggiorno. Da menzionare che i pavimenti risultavano sporchi appena fatto il check-in, soprattutto nel bagno.
