Location was fine.

We arrived to a very musty/damp smelling property - we opened all of the windows and purchased plug in air fresheners which helped a lot but, obviously, didn't cure the problem. The kitchen and everything in the cupboards were dirty, we had to clean the floor, counters and wash the crockery, cutlery and ovenware before we could use any of it. We were provided with one kitchen towel and one small bath towel each for a 6 night stay. We had to use the towels on the first night but they smelled musty and old so we bought new towels for the rest of our stay. The electrical installation in the property is inadequate and the over-use of trailing multiple outlets is dangerous. Although we never use one, there was no flat screen TV in th sitting/kitchen area as stated. The stated air conditioning was only present in the (proper) bedroom and had no beneficial effect on the rest of the property. We were asked to load the dishwasher before we left - NO DISHWASHER. The property is advertised as having two bedrooms, IT DOES NOT. The only bedroom is accessed via a space at the top of the stairs which was furnished with two small single beds. The shared bathroom was in this space. You can not call a room a bedroom if it is the only access to another room. This was a major issue and the couple who joined us from the UK were most uncomfortable with it. This and the general lack of cleanliness caused them (at some expense) to book flights back to the UK after only two nights. We would have moved on also were we not in the middle of an extended trip and other options limited/expensive. NO, we didn't raise any of this with the managers as, in our extensive travel experience, one minor item may be resolved but a disaster like this was impossible to remedy in any reasonable time scale, and discussing it would have distracted us from trying to enjoy the other elements of our stay. We would advise potential guests of this property to look elswhere.

The property was very spacious for us and our luggage. The location was perfect and very close to the Main Street. We appreciated having a washing machine, and all the other amenities.

The location within Valletta was ideal.

The air conditioning located only in the bedroom was not working and unable to be repaired. It was unbearably hot and humid. We had to leave after 2 nights into our 5 night stay. It was stressful and tiring to be there. The second bedroom was two single beds on an upstairs landing with no privacy or air conditioning. It was it was impossible to sleep in that area of the townhouse, especially considering the second fan provided wasn't operational. The mixer shower tap was broken and unable to be repaired. Cold water showers and leaking taps initially before the mixer totally broke. The mixer tap repair required was known to the property before we arrived with a tradesmen knocking at the door, unannounced and at an unexpected time with no prior agreement. Of the two portable fans provided only one worked. The other was broken, already noted. Humidity extractors installed in lieu of air conditioning in our areas of the townhouse were completely ineffective. They weren't working either. No provision for tea or sugar made. There were 2 coffee pods available for the 5 day stay. The bathroom linen was of poor quality. Towels supplied were too small to wrap around an averaged sized person. The WiFi was not operational on arrival. Had to be troubleshooted by external support, the tradesmen that came to the townhouse to look at all the issues. This was the only issue fixed. The room wasn't available at the advertised time of 3pm for entry. We were told we could enter at 4.30pm once the cleaning had been completed. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience and distressed caused even after being requested. We were not kept informed of what was happening in terms of repair or reimbursement we continued to chase up for information. We had little choice but to leave the townhouse after 2 nights and find alternate accommodation as it was impacting our health due to the heat and inability to have showers.

Great location and staff were quick to resolve issues.

Had some problems with the facility. Water heater leaked one day. Place was musty and moldy.

Location is fine, as it is located in historic center of Valetta in a walking distance to the touristic attractions

No shampoo/shower gel was provided. In the kitchen there were cockroaches. From the ceiling some dust (chalk?) was falling down. By the end of day the floor was full of them.

The location was excellent. All the places of interest were close by, also the ferry to Gozo. Clean and enough space for 2 or 3 ,guests. Very good places to eat almost on the doorstep Comfortable beds Good equipment.

We swept the stairs most days as large amounts of dust fell from the brickwork , Would have be nice to have a pint of milk and a bottle of water on arrival. We didn't arrive until very late and couldn't make a drink.
