Posizione perfetta tra S. Caterina e S. Maria al Bagno, tra il fresco profumo della pineta e la spettacolare terrazza vista mare. Grande cura dei dettagli e tutti i confort di una casa ben accessoriata. Molto gradite la bottiglia di vino locale e l'acqua fresca fatta trovare all'arrivo.

Tutto ma a dover scegliere direi posizione splendida, vista sul mare incantevole. Casa nuova e molto curata. Proprietario gentilissimo e e disponibile.
A trovar un difetto direi la televisione non era il top. Un upgrade sarebbe bello e in linea con la splendida casa.

La.ottima.posizione dell'appartamento veramente eccezionale, soprattutto sotto l'aspetto del bellissimo panorama vista mare.
La strada per raggiungere l'abitazione un po impegnativa a piedi....ma rigenerante.
