Executive Living in Bluewater - 3 Bedroom Apartment

Luxury and modern double story 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms apartment with quality inclusions. Comfort was warm and cosy with under floor heating, heated towel rails and fan heater in the bathrooms. Main living area has fireplace and split system air-conditioning. Apartment was clean and neat with well equipped kitchen and facilities. Convenient and easy access elevated location with amazing views across Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables. Friendly, warm and excellent communication from the host kept us well informed.

Doors and windows do not have insect screen so cannot open them for ventilation in the evening as mosquitos would come in. Third bedroom upstairs was smaller and does not have a split system air-conditioning unit. Dedicated parking bay not in garage or undercover. The parking bay directly adjacent the bedroom belongs to another apartment.

Location is between Frankton and Queenstown, great location with great views. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms were gorgeous and water pressure is amazing. Host had the house heated for our arrival which was very thoughtful of them.

Would probably not recommend for the elderly or disabled, as it is a 2-storey house (quite a few flights of stairs).

Excellent view. Absolutely clean and tidy place. Very well equipped. Couldn't have ask for better then this.

To be honest there wasn't anything that we were disappointed during our stay.
