We were met by a host and allowed to arrive early. The host also suggested some places where we could hire disability equipment in Lucca.

When I wrote to the booking agency to ask about car parking, they fobbed me off with some story about not being able to help identify a nearby car park.

We enjoyed the perfect location, everything is in walking distance, nice restaurants, cafes and all the sights. Andrea was very helpful. When the Internet didn't work, he came and fixed it straight away. Thank you very much, we had a great time!

The apartment is lovely with an Italian feel. very clean and met by Andrea who provided early access to the apt. The apt has everything you would need and has excellent air con!! Having two bathrooms was a bonus. The location within Lucca is perfect. 10 min walk from the train station with all Lucca sites and restaurants within easy walking distance from the front door.

Minor point - European socket adapters didn’t fit the wall sockets.

Super schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Sehr guter und sehr freundlicher Support vom Host!!!

Ein Balkon oder kleine Terrasse wäre schön gewesen, um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Unter freiem Himmel und einem Vino in der Hand :-)

Clean tidy , welcoming and cozy . Very convenient and in walking distance to everything you need . Andrea is the perfect host who was available for any questions and very accomodating to some last minute changes . Would recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Lucca.
