Guests arriving after check-in hours must inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. - The property entrance opens from 07:30. Breakfast is offered between 07:30-08:45, and dinner is offered between 18:00-19:00. - The property offers luggage storage before check-in and after check-out in the basement. - The property offers post service. Please contact the property directly for more details. - Please note the hot-spring baths go through cleaning every day in the morning. The facility is otherwise available at all times, and is also available after check-out, free of charge. - Guests are advised to keep valuables either to themselves or in the personal lockers in the ground floor. Children aged 0–5 years incur an additional charge of 4400 JPY per night when using extra beds. A breakfast surcharge of 4400 JPY per child, per day applies for children aged 0–5 years. Reservations are required for breakfast and dinner for Room only / Breakfast included plans. Guests must notify the property of their meal reservation request at least 1 day in advance. A deposit may be required at the property.
