The small cabin house was great inside an RV Campground....great location for Wine Tasting and Soccer Camp at Morgan Hill Sports Complex. Nice lil porch and BBQ that we did not use and a nice pool we did not use...soccer business trip and wine tasting. :)

The convertible couch to a bed is very small which I can give a pass....but very uncomfortable. Not a pull-out-bed, but a convert a couch to a bed with a gab down the middle when it is a bed....needs a foam pad/cover....but we made it work using a blanket as a pad.
