Apartment equipped with everything you need for a stay of a few days. Good internet, own parking space.

Difficult communication with the owner, he answered the phone with difficulty and WhatsApp messages. He messed up the check-in dates, we had to wait a little longer to get clean the apartment. Air conditioning only in the living room that does not reach the bedroom. We slept with the window open and during the night it was cool enough in June, I don't know how it is on hotter nights. The mattress in the bedroom is a little uncomfortable.

It's located far from Stazione La Spezia Centrale (La Spezia strain station), but this is advantage. There is bus stop and supermarket just near around by walk less than 30 sec. We bought tickets easily and went to train station or Porto Venere conveniently (no need to switch bus). The house with personal parking plot. Tourist could leave their car here and go anywhere by bus, without worry the parking and the traffic issue in the city center (suggestion strongly). It is easy to arrive and start the trip from here. Besides supermarkets, nice local caffe and some stores are easy for stay. And it is still quiet around here without noise. There are one living room/kitchen (together), bathroom ,and a bedroom. House owner prepare everything we need including cooking required items, laundry, cups for wine/tea/coffee...... etc. The space is big enough for couple stay. Decoration is modern and uncomplicated, just like the photo on booking.com.

1. The bed is issue and not about soft or hard. We can feel each spring in the spring bed when we were lying down, each one. And you can feel any moving from another one. well..... 2. There is a plant in the room. It will be nice, if there is no small fly bugs (lots of.....) living in the plant. 3. The shower space in bathroom is slightly too small to use. 4. There is no elevator. The room is at 1st story (Ground, 1st , 2nd,....). Guests need to carry their luggages one floor but it is not difficult, if not too heavy/much.

It was very clean. I wore white socks through the house and barely got any dust on them :) Great utilities, very comfortable space and a very friendly owner.

A minor thing - we could not find tea mugs, just a few espresso cups :)

Host was lovely, very modern place and was clean. Parking was secure. Would recommend. Bus stop right out the front, also easy walking distance to train station. Kitchen was well equipped and the host had supplied everything we needed. Had washing machine to use as well.

As it is a multi story apartment, there was a bit of noise from apartments above, however not enough to stop sleeping.
