Amazing view you fall in love with

+ Excellent location, away from the bustling tourist areas (unlike Playa De Las Americas, which we found too crowded). + Very close to a stunning black sand beach. + Balcony offers breathtaking views, perfect for watching sunsets. You can see the beach, the sea, Los Gigantes, palm trees.. + Conveniently close to supermarkets (Mercadona and Lidl) as well as smaller shops and restaurants right below the apartment. + The pool area is pleasant and usually very quiet. + The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine, which is very handy for longer stays. There is even a beach umbrella and tennis rackets for use at the nearby tennis court. + Private parking is available, with a few spots always left behind a closed gate. + The apartment maintains a nice, consistent temperature, eliminating the need for air conditioning (just close the curtains in the afternoon).

- Bring good earplugs, as the neighbors can sometimes be quite noisy at night, and the soundproofing is virtually non-existent. - The shower would benefit from a curtain, as we had to wipe the floors after each use to keep the area dry.

Very close to the beach ⛱️, and supermarkets, restaurants, and other shops like ( Lidl )😀. Really nice footpath to Alcala with really nice views of the Los Gigantes, Teide and ocean , good for morning or evening walk or run 🏃‍♂️...

No oven.....

Truly amazing view and excellent location!

For deep perfectionists - lights in the living room could be more disperse.

The living area was very nice, loved the large mirrors opposite the balcony door. Living area furniture was also very good. Shower is very good (although water does splash over the bathroom floor very easily). The kitchen is well equipped, perhaps a second mug wouldn’t go amiss (as Brits we love a big ol’ cup of tea). Though there are plenty of smaller espresso sized cups for coffee. We’ve stayed in this complex before because of its location (close proximity to La Playa Arena) and ability to park a vehicle right outside. The communal areas and pool are also very good.

It could do with a little TLC in some areas - the bottom of the bathroom door has suffered some damage (presumably from water splashing into it), and where it has been painted there are splatters in the floor. The front door doesn’t close properly unless you physically lock it (obviously fine when leaving but a little annoying when inside). Could do with a softer light source in the living area, perhaps a freestanding lamp or wall lamp. The key box being half a click away wasn’t a huge issue, just thought it was a little strange, and I can imagine it being a little frustrating for some. The bedroom fan was quite comical, roughly the size of a desk fan, a bigger one would have made the stay more comfortable.
