Las Caracolas deluxe Apartment 5

Super clean, modern apartment which is absolutely perfect for a relaxing holiday. Exactly like the photos. Very quiet complex, pool, parking, great wifi, big TV with all streaming services, everything you could want. Host was contactable at all times no matter what the issue, would absolutely recommend to any pair looking for a quiet, relaxing, comfortable holiday.

Only 1 large and 1 hand towel left per person for a 7 night stay, ended up buying some more which then had to be left there because they wouldn’t fit in our luggage to go home. 2 rolls of toilet paper also was very restrictive. More towels should definitely have been left, as I believe the property charges a fee for additional towels upon request according to another review.. this was the only faux pas, but an irritating one when you’re trying to keep your only towel clean but also bringing it to the pool each day …. My preference would be that cleaning would be offered halfway through your stay, where they would swap out the towels. This has been the case in other apartments I have stayed in, and would suit this one.

clean, convenient, homely …..

Everything about the apartment was beautiful. Clean, quiet and everything you need. The washing machine was great as we were there on a training week, so it was nice to be able to wash your kit. Loved it, will definitely book again for next year.

The only complaint we found was the beds by the pool were the white plastic ones with no padding at all and no umbrellas. It was a tough week laying on them. I would purchase some wipe down padded beach mattress’s.

Beautiful modern apartment. Spotlessly clean. Fully stocked with all you could need. Very comfortable bed. Dual usb sockets built in either side of the bed. Led strip lighting in all rooms including the balcony gives a lovely atmosphere in the evening. There is a pod coffee machine with some pods provided. There was also some ground coffee to use with a cafetiere. No shortage of cutlery, crockery and utensils available, including lots of tupperware which are great for keeping the ants away from fresh food! There is a dishwasher and detergent to make life easier. Great location, very quiet. Only 10 mins walk to the strip. It is hilly, but it's lanzarote so that is expected. There is free parking outside and we never had a problem getting a space. WiFi is excellent, over 300mbps. Good samsung tv as well. Check in and check out was very easy. The host was great at getting back to us on booking.com messages whenever we had a query. The pool area is nice, it was generally quiet and though not heated, the water was no colder than the sea and was pleasant. There are no beach towels so make sure to bring some. The only niggle I have was that there is a €20 charge to get fresh towels. There are 2 bath towels and two hand towels. However, there is a washing machine and detergent in the apartment so we just cleaned ours and they dried pretty quickly on the balcony. All in all it's a great base to explore Lanzarote from and my wife and I highly recommend it!

everything was perfect!

The apartment was spotless with all the facilities that we needed and alot that we didn't use but other people probably will. The pool was cleaned daily and is good for all with a deep section and a shallow area. A query that i had was very quickly responded too. They also assisted me with another issue which was nothing to do with them. The apartment is almost exactly central of the town although it is a few minutes walk, mainly up hill, from the front.

Immediately felt like home. Apartment was stunning and you can see it had a lot of money spend on it. Mood lightening really takes it to another level. Everything you need TV, washing machine, dishwasher even down to the extra touches with salt, pepper, oil, shampoo etc they really do go out there way to make you feel at home. It has a locked gated entrance so as a solo traveller I felt very safe. Very clear instructions on how to enter. Quiet area five to ten minutes walk to the main strip and also equally distance to the shopping centre and old town.

Nothing really everything was amazing. If I was to be picky it's a personal preference that I like a wardrobe that has a door on it for my clothes but the rail/shelves in the bedroom really are a design piece so it is lovely.
