Great location for Utilita and town centre. Both are within easy walking distance. The apartment itself was well presented with lots of thoughtful touches and communication with the owner was faultless.

Perfect location and a really lovely apartment with a view of the skyline. Really excellent directions and info given before our stay and her communication was brilliant. Lots of thoughtful touches. She had left ear plugs because of the trains passing but they really didn’t bother us, and the toiletries in the bathroom were great.

The apartment was central for shops and Cardiff Castle where we going for a music event. Clean, comfortable and much bigger than anticipated. Gabriele was very attentive with check-in instructions, parking and general information. A very pleasant stay; wouldn’t hesitate to use it again and definitely recommend it to others

Slightly hard bed and pillows

Highly recommended! Immaculately clean, with lots of nice little touches for those who forget things like toothpaste, deodorant etc. Super clear directions for parking, getting the key and how to use the fob. Excellent wi-fi, Netflix logged in ready for you and ear plugs in case the trains bother you, but on the 15th floor they really aren’t so bad. Perfect location for the city centre with the arena across the road, the best shopping and loads of boutique’s in the arcades with great cafe’s and Mary’s Bar, which must be experienced! Thanks to Gabriele for providing the best place for me to enjoy whilst away working… I will definitely be back again!

The communication via Whatsapp between us and the property owner was so useful and precise. It is a big building and you definitely need good communication and that is what we got. The apartment was clean, central, light and airy. Very comfortable and has everything you need for an easy few nights away. Considering it is right in the middle of the city it IS quiet.

Only a minor thing, but the hand written code for the WIFI was tricky to read. But as we had it send to whatsapp, we took it from that. But it was a lovely place to stay.
