B&B Colle Vignoni

This is a lovely old house in a quiet tree-lined cul de sac. We had a large room and en suite and a small sunny balcony. With a great host, comfortable shared spaces, a very well-equipped kitchen, and storage in the basement for our bikes, this place was perfect for us. Thanks Jacobo!

Cons The bedroom called "I semi" was not perfectly soundproofed in fact I could hear the toilet flushing in the next room. I recommend using earplugs to solve any issue.

Spent one night at B&B Colle Vignoni, a lovely family house which was passed down the generations. The B&B is tucked away in a residential area at the side of a hill but a 10 min walk down the hill to the main part of town which has some lovely restaurants. We had some travel delays which Giacomo was very accommodating towards. We were his only guests in the B&B so we got to chat with him and he showed us around the garden (which is stunning!). The B&B is very clean and well maintained and has everything one would require. Highly recommended for those who want some quiet time and to peace out. We're sorry that we couldn't spend more time there!

Host is awesome. One of a friendliest people I’ve met. Very authentic classic house with interesting decoration.

Not a complaint, just FYI: It is a house where people are actually living and you renting a room there. So, for example, if you coming home late, you are naturally sneaking like a schoolboy returning from party, trying not to wake up everyone. It was fun for me, but I think may be tiring if you going to spend more than a couple of nights there. You also have kind of limited access to the kitchen for the same reason Classic italian breakfast - it is mostly sweet pastries with coffee/tea :)

It's a good small privately owned hotel in a quiet place. We stayed one night during the journey and it was very convenient. Comfortable bed, tasty coffee for breakfast, free parking on a quiet street just in front of the door. Our room had its bathroom inside, but other rooms had separate outside bathrooms. The owner recommended us perfect restaurant nearby for dinner in pedestrian proximity.

The window in the room was equipped with a mosquito net, but the window of the bathroom was not. And it was opened when we arrived. So we got a couple of mosquitos inside.

The room and facilities were fantastic, location amazing and staff very friendly. I will be back again.

Very peaceful place and homey ambiance. It always smells like home-cooked meals when you enter inside. The aesthetic of the home is classy. Breakfasts were good. The hosts are very friendly and hospitable.
