Kemudahan dalam rumah cukup lengkap.. Pemandangan rumah mengadap tasik... Host en.Azman mudah berinteraksi. Fasiliti lain seperti di residen lain.. cuma kemudahan sauna di sauna lelaki seperti dah lama tidak dibaiki...
