Accueil très chaleureux nous avons pu louer des vélos et un scooter pour découvrir les environs. C'est un endroit vraiment agréable a conseiller.

We stayed here twice! Hue was the loveliest person, she always welcomed us with a smile. The room was spacious, clean and the bed so comfortable! Shower was great, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. We rented a scooter from Hue and she also arranged our onward travel onto Cat Ba. The homestay is about a 20 minute walk from the main hub of Tam Coc but this suited us as the views from the bedroom and back terrace were fab 😊

Bien placé face aux rizières c'est très beau. Belle piscine entretenue. Gérante adorable qui peut réserver les transports avec un pick up directement à l'hôtel. Vélos de bonne qualités Très propre et confortable

Petit déjeuner léger ( pancake = 1 crêpe) mais bon.

I really liked this accommodation! Really kind hospitality, and also my child was playing with children of the hostess, as if they were old friends 🥰 if I come back to Ninh Binh, I’ll definitely take this place again!

Le calme, à 15 minutes à pieds du centre ville. Au milieu des rizières. Chambre, draps, salle de bain propres . La wifi est bonne et dans toute le bâtiment. Je n'ai pas testé la piscine. Le choix du breakfast La maîtresse de maison donne de bons conseils. Vous pouvez louer chez elle un scooter, ou vélo et réserver des billets de transports ou des circuits touristiques.

The highlight? The view from the back onto the rice paddies — absolutely peaceful. Our room was large and immaculate, and the owner went above and beyond from the very first moment. She even handed us a scooter while we waited for check-in, which gave us an unexpected and brilliant introduction to Ninh Binh.

מיקום מושלם, צוות חם ואדיב. חדרים גדולים ונוחים, נוף מדהים, ובעיקר שירות מצויין. קיים במקום אופציה להשכרת אופנועים, שירותי מסאז׳ שמגיעים עד לחדר. באמת נהנו מכל רגע שם, בעלת המקום הייתה כל כך נחמדה וזמינה לכל דבר שהיינו צריכים. שווה ברמות

Tout était parfait, Hue la gérante est adorable et fait en sorte que tout se passe au mieux. Les chambres sont grandes et propres, literie confortable. L’endroit est calme en plein milieu de rizières. Nous avons pu louer un scooter.
