Πολύ ευρύχωρο, σε εύκολη τοποθεσία που τα έχει όλα γύρω γύρω. Η κουζίνα πολύ ικανοποιητική. Κανονικό διαμερισματακι. Τα κλιματιστικά δούλευαν άψογα. Ηταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο.

Υπήρχε θέμα καθαριότητας στο διαμέρισμα. Το μπάνιο μύριζε πολύ άσχημα και χρειάστηκε να καθαριστεί πολλές φορές για να είναι εντάξει. Το πλυντήριο ρούχων που έχει στο μπανιο ηταν πολύ βρώμικο και μύριζε μούχλα. Τα μάτια της κουζίνας ήταν σκουριασμενα.
