местоположението на апартамента е чудесно, само на няколко минути от центъра и удобно място за паркиране - пред блока, препоръчвам. Много чисто и обзаведено с всичко необходимо - дори повече.

което не ни хареса, не е в правомощията и възможностите на собственика. Стълбището и общите части са стари, но са чисти

Apartamentul este spațios și luminos, situat într-o zonă centrala, linistita. Locuința este complet utilată și mobilată. Se poate gasi usor un loc de parcare in proximitatea locatiei. Este aproape de statiile de transport public, la 10 minute de Universitate si Teatru.

Nu am avut cazare cu mic dejun. Totul in regula.

Nu am avut neplaceri majore.

Très proche du centre, a quelques pas du Musee d’Art avec sa nouvelle Aile Brancusi, de la Philharmonique municipale et du Théâtre National. L’appartement parfaitement équipé, parfaitement propre et lumineux est situé au deuxième étage d’un petit immeuble entouré de buissons de roses et de châtaigniers qui laissent à peine entrevoir la façade modeste datant des années 50. Un petit balcon vitré offre un lieu de relaxation tout aussi charmant qu’inattendu. On peut y siroter son café, courtoisie de la maison, en regardant par-dessus les couronnes des châtaigniers le centre qui s’anime a la lueur du jour. Au coeur de la ville mais loin du brouhaha des affaires courantes, voilà le secret de son charme. Je compte y retourner au prochain voyage.

Everything is nice and tidy. Surprisingly, I have been in much bigger apartments that didn't have that much stuff that you can use if you like. Here is the coffee maker, toaster and similar things in kitchen. Also in the bathroom you have a washing machine, hair styling gel, foam, perfume, nail remover and dozens of small products that you can use if the situation makes you surprised. Beds are comfortable.

It is not important for our stay here, just a suggestion. Even if we are not smokers either, but the balcony smells somehow in cigarettes, maybe to put some air refreshing tool that is going to neutralize that smell or to keep one window opened somehow.
