location and view.

Water tank too small. Not enough hot water for 9 people to take shower. I and most of the friends didn’t take any shower during 2 days stay. We end up by leaving one day earlier. Stiff floor in the kids room. Not tidy.

"Excellent value for money with stunning views of Lake Taupo."

The location was wonderful and the view was spectacular. Despite it being right on the main road, it felt private and there was just about no road noise. It was very clean and comfy.

The heat pump in the master bedroom wouldn't work despite our best efforts. The oil column heater was missing a wheel and one of the other space heaters wasn't working. Also, in the bunk room and the upstairs room with single beds, there weren't any duvets on them, just sheets. We had to go digging to find appropriate bedding.
