Great location, quiet, easy to get to, close to local facilities - few mins walk to nice cafe and restaurants. Great little 9 hole course also walking distance. Good place to base for Deeside visit. Simple, effective communication with the host - a totally hassle free weekend in a spacious, well equipped house.
