Very clean accommodation in close proximity to city centre and attractions.

Appreciate that the entrance and stairs are a communal area but they could do with a tidy up.

We liked the location.

Soft bed, not clean at arrival and it was late so we changed the bed; owner was reachable and quick to respond and rectify the next day which we appreciated

The rooms were very spacious and the flat itself was very well equipped with everything we needed. Very tastefully decorated. Everything was spot on.

The key box was easy enough to access, however, there was no mention of the flat number in any of the communication I received and it was not listed on the booking site information. It was a bit of a puzzle as to which flat the key belonged. Also there was no mention of how many stairs there were. I am 70 and it was a bit difficult.

Central but quiet at night. Clean, well thought out flat with everything you need during stay and great contact from owner when I had a question. Definitely recommend.

Perfect house very cozy and spacious, I like

Clean, comfortable, value for money, convenient location. The living space is small, but was fine for our purposes. You will need a torch to access the key safe if you arrive after dark. We would happily stay there again if we return to Dundee.

Awesomely large apartment. Had everything I needed, the bed comfy, the kitchen well fitted, the living room very good to relax in. Very quiet. I liked the ginger cat.

The only thing that could have been a little better was that the street the apartment is on is a little hard to decipher on initial encounter (street numbering was a bit wonky, but that’s more on Dundee Council, not the host.)
