Location is absolute TOP. Walkable to all neighbourhoods that interested us most for wining/dining. For the rest take very reasonable priced UBER. On arrival there was an isue about booked room but the Mr.W customer servive solved than quickly. Positiv thing is the 24/7 doorman: one very friendly, but the other one very rude. Could be he had problem with gaycouples.

The design is very stylish and minimalistique. But the designer totally forgot about comfort. The construction is for 100% steal, concrete and glas. Result: you can hear your neighbours walk around, go to toilet, turn around in bed and literally understand when speaking. The room is on 2 levels with the bedroom upstairs. These stair are quiet tricky and don't feel very safe. One can hear the neighbours go up and down very clearly too. There is no heating, so we cought a cold. Towels stay humid in bathroom.

The location is excellent. It is on a relatively quiet street in Roma Norte, close to lots of restaurants and bars. The road noise is low considering it is in the heart of the city. The shower pressure was excellent, although the hot water didn't always last for very long. I loved having a small balcony to use in the morning.

The noise from the room next door could be a real problem depending on your neighbors. I was lucky to have very quiet people staying in the room next to me, but I could still hear everything they were saying when they would talk. If you had loud people staying next to you it could ruin your stay here.

Really good location next to plenty nice shops/restaurants/bars. Spacious and has 2 bathrooms which is very useful for 2+ people. Very nice view from the top floor! And very helpful staff/security.

The images of the room were different from the one we got. Still, nice view, however because of a complete wall of glass it was a bit cold in February. The staff provided us with additional blankets right away. We personally lacked a kettle and found the white light bulbs all around the apartment a bit uncozy so we switched them off. The biggest minus we could hear our neighbours as if they were in our room: you can hear the whole conversation, person taking a shower and so on. No sound isolation at all.

Great location, clean, friendly staff.

The space was too dark. There was not enough illumination. Some of the lights didn’t even work. No hot water. The ladder up the loft was incredibly dangerous. I hated having to go up and down. I’ve lived in a loft before, but the ladder made it so uncomfortable. The building was super loud, there were parties a couple nights-people walking in and out at all hours and because the walls are so thin your could hear absolutely everything. I did not sleep well neither of the nights.

I liked the location. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room well equipped with whatever you need I appreciated the portable heater and extra blanket. Always HOT water, too.

The walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbors easily. The floors are finished concrete and it seemed like my neighbor was the only one wearing heels, that was bothersome in the early morning hours; as well as an arguement they had between 2 -4 AM one morning. Good earplugs help. This had nothing to do with the staff who are wonderful.

The location is great! It has tons of bars, restaurants, and cafes around. The staff is very kind.

The room was very cold, and dark. Hot water lasts just around 5 minutes. Walls are thin and you can hear everything from other rooms.

The apartment is really well equipped and the location is exceptional.

Noise carries through the walls from neighbouring units.
