Very kind owner, excellent location, very clean flat.

The location is perfect, almost everything is in the walking distance. The host is super friendly and helpful. Thanks to the Owners obsession with Cleanness and not giving the cleaning task to external companies, he Apartment is super clean and beautifully decorated. The Apartment is renovated with all the equipment you would need. if you need anything that is not provided, simply tell the host. you will get it! Great value for money. I will definitely go there again if I visit Belgrade again

nothing big to complain about to be honest. only 2 points that I can mention. keep in mind that there are some stairs to take. so if you have issues with it, keep it in mind. the AC is installed in the small Living room and no AC in the bedroom. if you want to cool down the bedroom, you have to put the AC on lowest temp, high speed, to reach the bedroom. if you are 3 people, the one who is going to sleep in the living room will have some hard time because of the cold. installing the AC in Bedroom will be more convenient and also will save a lot of Energy cost

Toma is an excellent host. Very friendly and even helped me to carry my luggage up the stairs. This is a very modern, super clean property in a great location right next to lots of bars and restaurants Carefully thought out, quality dishware, stemware, cutlery and appliances Coffee machine a plus. Complimentary drinks and water in the fridge was a nice touch. Very big, light and airy bedroom with clever lighting, Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Large bathroom with modern shower stall. Excellent hanging and storage space.

The usage of space is slightly odd. Huge bedroom and very good sized bathroom but the sitting area directly in front of the door is quite cramped with only one very small table. The apartment would benefit from a microwave and washing machine as there is easily space for both. Lack of a lift is not great but the apartment is only on the second floor. The owners are very conscious of making this property a success and they deserve support and encouragement in doing so. After 466 reviews on this site, I can definitely say "Recommended".
