The apartment is in a good apartment complex in the city center. Two great beaches within walking distance. Lots of cafes and restaurants. The apartment is bright and beautiful with a cozy balcony. The apartment is clean. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Easy settlement. The owner of the apartment is friendly, always in touch.

The balcony is very big and has the most beautiful view. You can even see the sunset. The hosts were so kind and welcoming. Everything was clean and nice when we arrived, and the hosts gave os a nice ‘tour’ to show us everything we needed to know. Also we could just text them, if we had any questions, and they would answer within a few hours.

The beds are a little hard, but if you are staying for just a week or too, you’ll be fine.

"YOU DEFINETELY SHOULD BOOK IT!"

I had a pleasure of staying in this apartment for 10 amazing days and I just loved it! Apartment is quite big and fully new, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I used kitchen a lot, it has a toaster, a coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, a fridge and all the equipment for cooking. You also have a TV and a stereo in the living room. Also the balcony is very nice and spacy, I loved spending my evenings there watching the sunsets or doing yoga in the morning. Apartment is in the center of Las Americas, very close to many restaurants and bars and clubs (15 min walk), also you can get to three different beaches from there: one for surfing (12 mins), one for swimming with a mask (5 mins, my favorite) and a sandy one (17 mins). On my lazy days, I just stayed by the pool in the building. I want to thank my dear hosts, who were very friendly and providing. They helped me to book excursions with a nice discount and advised nice places in different parts of Tenerife.

Just for you to know, it's not a full sea view, just a side sea view, so you can sea only a small piece of the ocean. The apartment is surrounded by hotels, few nights I heard loud music in the evening from Tigotan. Also the beds and the pillows are not very comfy, but that's very minor things. Overall I loved my stay and highly recommend this apartment! Couldn't imagine a more satisfying stay.
