"A cleaner did come out to change the bedding and it was much appreciated but unfortunately it ruined the first part of o"

The location was great and the view out of the properly was amazing!

When we arrived the accommodation was not clean. The beds were not made from the previous people who were in the property and there were dirty towels on the bed. The property was not ready for guests which was really disappointing as we had waited all day (4pm) for the accommodation to be ready. There were no logs for the fire either which was a real shame as it did get cold at night. Having said that, there were radiators which did keep the place warm.
