what it was shown it wasn't like that. No Ketal, TV wasn't working. When I gone to counter I he'd print out confirmation copy but they tells me booking.com hasn't sent as confirmation. so I have to pay More money.

Running a round because of not confereme booing. Weather was in 45 Deg.

Location and kitchen was one of only good thing.

Room was not as mentioned as it was on booking.com , 1. First thing was difficulty to reach that place. Park vehicle in public car parking as there are always police barriers 1 km far from the location. 2. Room provided was having 1 double bed there was no extra bed. It was a small room. Rooms in which they 1 double and 1 single bed does not have AC( told by manager). On complaining they arranged a folding bed which was not good at all. 3. Cupboards are broken. Door handle is not good condition. Room number 207 was provides to us which has no view, only window with garbage view from it. 4. Manager took the full cost even though room was not not as expected . Also he told we don’t take booking from booking.com. We have marked already our booking is closed even though they had room. Manager asked if had paid any cost to booking.com if yes we will not consider your booking. 5. I would not recommend it for a good family.

Manager refuse to give the room, he said- we have not took the money. I dont have room for you.

The property did not confirm the booking at all and was giving the room which was not booked and also no support from there end.
