Dirty caravan no saucepans could be a nice caravan if they took a bit of pride in it would not recommend

The location was great lovely peaceful

Was an amazing stay! Fully kitted out with everything you need. Was rather cold though, the heaters didn't seem to work properly. Was lovely and sunny though. Excellent location just a short walk from the beach. Great atmosphere in the bars, convenient little shop and the train that goes round was a fun bonus 🙂

I left something at the property and the host posted it back to me. Amazing service and very grateful

Location is amazing, the cabin it self is beautiful. So comfy and you can really relax. The holiday park is great for the kids too!! Honestly love it! My second time being here and I’ll definitely come back!

Just the shower goes hot and cold now and then, but other then that nothing to say!

Beautiful place, very clean, comfy and warm and any question I had was answered by the host almost immediately. Very responsive. I will definitely be using again. 👌👌

Good location.

The toilet was badly blocked when we arrived (right up to the rim). The owner advised that a plumber had attempted to fix it but had left. There were no other caravans available on site as it was half term, and the plumber couldn’t return for another two days. After a long drive there with two small children, we decided to return home as the toilet smelled bad and it was unhygienic, plus without knowing the cause of the blockage and why it was so hard to resolve we didn’t know whether it would also affect the sink and shower. The owner tried his best but we then got passed between the owner and Booking.com for the refund which took a while to sort out. No offer of compensation or goodwill gesture apart from rebooking, which felt unfair considering the plumbing issue was known and we could have been saved the journey and the upset. Also the swimming pool was fully booked for two of the three days we’d have been there, and there was rubbish everywhere on the site. We’ve had a great holiday here previously, no issues at all. Bad luck all ‘round and a shame for the kids, who were really looking forward to it.
