"An oasis on the hill above Ajijic"

It was top rate with regards to the facilities and the staff. Its view of the lake and sunsets were stunning.

No complaints although its location is a ways from El Centro and the malecon.

"It is a beautiful hotel but a little communication with staff would be nice."

The property is beautiful. The bed was comfortable. Great location.

Poor staff. No communication. The food at breakfast was good but it was a small breakfast. They forgot to bring us juice. There was no one to ask for it. Refills seemed to be not available or required special permission from the big guy eating in the kitchen area. My husband asked for cream. He was ignored and yet others had cream. We had to ask for toilet paper when we arrived and again the second day. There was just no staff available.
