Výborné umiestnenie, blízko pláže, blízko centra, na túlanie sa peknými uličkami Grada a možnosť dobre sa najesť. Parkovať sa dá na ulici vedľa za 7 € za deň. Apartmán má veľkú, príjemnú terasu, slušné vybavenie, klimatizácia aj v spálni a j v kuchyni, len treba vypínať, keď sa varí, lebo vypadnú poistky. Bývanie v pohode, aj keď nám nevyhovovala moc tvrdosť postelí. Najväčšia výhoda Grada je že je najbližšie ku nám a teda najkratšia cesta.

Bolo by lepšie, keby domáca vedela aspoň trochu aj in jazyk ako taliansky, ale to sa dá zvládnuť pomocou prekladačov. Čo sa nám nepáčilo, bolo, že domáca chcela od nás ešte 50€ za upratovanie, čo nebolo nikde uvedené. Keď som chcel potvrdenie, tak už nebolo treba platiť.... Grado je pekné mestečko s úzkymi uličkami, ale systém pláži pre tých čo majú radi voľnosť je úplne nanič. Kedysi to boli asi prvé morské kúpele a teraz to niekto vlastní, celé more je ohradené a za vstup sa platí (my sme s prehľadom ignorovali), všade len lehátka za 30-40 eur sada na deň!!!. Jediná výhoda sú móla z ktorých sa dá ísť plávať. Voľná pláž je až na kraji a ďaleko a more 500m len po členky. My sme išli kvôli moru a preto sme boli sklamaní. Grado nie je pre nás, zrejme budeme voliť iné miesta.

Sehr zentral, tolle Terrasse (man ist mittendrin), sehr gut ausgestattet mit einer fantastischen Gastgeberin.

Die Lage der Unterkunft; alles ist fußläufig erreichbar (Restaurants, Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Vor allem die große Terrasse ist toll! Unkomplizierte und nette Gastgeberin 😊 Beim nächsten Grado-Besuch wird es sicher wieder dieses Apartment!

Parkplätze für Autos und Abstellplätze für Fahrräder sind wenige vorhanden.

Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, die Lage ist perfekt, sehr sauber

It’s in a good spot, near the main beach entrance and lots of restaurants.

The owner doesn’t speak any other languages, just Italian. She had a hard time even using Google translate… Also, we had two very bad experiences with her. There is no dedicated parking space for the guests, but that is in the apartment’s description. But it turns out, this is quite a problem in Grado, as there are very few parking spaces and most of them are not free. I paid €20 for 2,5 days. When we arrived by car, the owner was waving at us, to park in front of the house, while we go up and she showed us the apartment. During that 5-10 minutes, the local police gave me a fine of €60 for parking on the sidewalk. 😡 Our host tried to find the officers, but she couldn’t. Later she talked to them, but they sent her away… Then she would not take responsibility for this, even partially, and would not contribute to the fine. Second of all, the air conditioning was not working during the whole time, and even after several messages about this, she didn’t do anything, and she wouldn’t compensate us in any way. (The AC was showing an error message as shown on the picture.)
