2 Southwell Road - Luxurious City Centre Apartments

Great size, good parking for overnight, clean and comfortable: great stay!

Little noise through the night. Tiny bathroom, not enough cutlery 🙃

The property was clean and tidy

The only problem I had was the noise from the people upstairs at some point I thought the building was going to fall due to the foot steps.

No towels provided, shower temperature was only boiling, strangers trying to enter the apartment at 2am.

Clean. Modern. Well fitted.

This small apartment is modern and clean

We were led to believe the apartment was "luxurious"There was a dirty towel in washing machine,no milk or sugars,no kitchen towel,hand wash and shower cream was watered down,no bath robes,Only one large towel between two people,really small bathroom you bang your arm when trying to clean teeth. bedroom was small had to climb over partner to get out of bed.We arrived back at the apartment around 11.30pm to a stench of cannabis and 3 men walking towards us, after locking our door within minutes the front door handle was tried, this happened twice,.that same night we were kept awake till early hours of the morning by the goings on upstairs very loud.The apartment is on a housing estate that wasn't mentioned when booking.Before writing this review I gave the owner's pre warning and asked them to contact me, several days later they said they would call but never did.VERY DISAPPOINTED

No breakfast included

Watch out for hair on the bed linen as it is very off-putting to say the least!!!
