The communication with the responsible parties was very formal, and there was no substantial response. Initially, it was not mentioned that there was no cleaning service, and only after the booking did we find this out. When we requested to change towels for four people, only two towels were eventually brought. Overall, the condition of the space did not reflect the price; it lacked proper cleanliness, showed signs of age, and had makeshift constructions in some areas, such as the bathroom, which had a very dirty curtain. Additionally, there was noise from the shared corridor due to minimal sound insulation, as well as from a communal waste area that directly bordered the bedroom window and was obviously used by neighboring buildings. The electrical appliances were present, but there was nothing provided to use them, such as detergents, etc. Upon our departure, we were also asked via message to clean the dishes since they had been used, which is reasonable; however, there was no detergent available anywhere. We had to obtain it ourselves. The location was very convenient, although during our stay, due to celebrations with fireworks, there was a lot of noise every night from them.

Poco posto per accogliere i bagagli per 6 persone , quelli che dormivano nel divano letto hanno dovuto lasciare i panni nelle valige un pó scomodo , e pochi asciugamani e un pó piccoli , anche la 2 docce erano provviste di tende anziché box e in un appartamento a quel prezzo , tutto dovrebbe essere perfetto

The apartment was in a great location. It had plenty of space but limited items in the kitchen. We ended up not even using the kitchen. The staff responded quickly to any issues we had or help that was needed.

At night it was hard to find the keypad to get into the building. We had a late arrival coupled with a delayed flight, putting us arriving at the apartment at 1 am. We found the building but then second guessed it as we could not find the keypad. after a while we were able to get in touch for the staff to figure out how to get in. A photo of the outside fo the building would have been nice to start with to avoid it issue.

The location was good, but the apartment was not worht the price.

The noise level in the apartment was extremely high, not only from outside, but also from neighboring apartments and the one above. The beds were uncomfortable and the apartment appeared to be only partially renovated, which did not justify the price. The check-in experience was very poor. Despite requesting an earlier check-in at the time of booking and following up by email, we were not allowed to enter before 16:00. As a result, we had to wait in a café with all our luggage for several hours. Additionally, the hospitality service was disappointing. I accidentally left my mobile phone charger in the apartment and informed the owner immediately. They claimed it was not there, even though I have a photo proving it was left in the apartment. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations and the price they ask for, and I would not recommend this property. you would have a better trip if you book to hotel rooms
