WiFi var svajigt och försvann I vissa rum.

Eine schmutzige Matratze war im Wohnzimmer deponiert. Der Fernseher war auf italienische Gäste ausgerichtet, es war sehr kompliziert einen deutschen Sender zu finden. Das Wlan funktionierte nur im Wohnzimmer gut. Die Wohnung war offenbar kleiner als beschrieben (Quadratmeter), im Bad war ein Griff abgerissen und nicht repariert. Die Wände waren nur mit Farbe ausgebessert, nicht komplett gestrichen.

Amazing central location. Really easy to access the city with metro lines in easy walking distance. The apartment was really well appointed with everything you could need for your stay. Laura was really attentive with messages before during and after the stay. 10/10 all round

Nothing. It was awesome

Let’s start with the positives: The apartment is in a fantastic location right in the center of Copenhagen. It has a nice layout and offers enough space for a small family of four. The beds are also comfortable.

However, that is where the positives end. Overall, the apartment is very dated and in poor condition. Everything feels old, run-down, and poorly maintained. When we arrived, the place wasn't clean. Following our complaint, a cleaning crew came the next day and, thankfully, did a proper job. That said, there was an old vacuum cleaner left in the hallway the entire time, and a mattress was leaning against the living room wall that was so disgusting you didn’t even want to think about where all the stains came from. Despite our requests, that specific "disgusting item" was never removed. We messaged the property manager and spoke to the cleaning crew about it, but they claimed the caretaker had to handle it. The caretaker was also supposed to come by because the towel rack in the bathroom kept falling off the wall, but he never showed up. Honestly, giving this place three stars is being very generous. One final note: although the host isn't responsible for this, parking in central Copenhagen is extremely expensive—you can easily end up paying €70 a day. You might be better off arriving by train.

NEBOLI SME UBYTOVANÍ, PRETOŽE APARTMÁN NEBOL VOBEC UPRATANÝ A PRIPRAVENÝ NA PRENOCOVANIE, HOCI SME OZNÁMILI, ŽE PRÍDEME OKOLO 18:00. Mali dostatok času na upratanie. Neodoslaný kód na vstup. Po oznámení ubytovateľovi že nie je upratané, nám bolo povedané, že nevedia, či sa vôbec podarí niekoho zohnať a upratať za 2 - 3 hodiny. Pretože sme boli s deťmi, hľadali sme náhradné ubytovanie. Keď sme už boli na ceste do blízkeho hotela, kde našťastie našli voľné izby - bol víkend, ozval sa telefón, že upratovacia služba je na ceste. Povedali sme, že sa už nevrátime, uoratovanie apartmánu v stave ako bol - kúpeľne s uterákmi na podlahe, neprezlečená posteľná bielizeň, neumytá podlaha - by trvalo minimálne dve hodiny. Verili sme, že sa ubytovateľ zachová seríózne, celý pobyt v Dánsku bol výborný, okrem tejto výnimky, žiaľ. Fotografie neprikladám, hoci sú k dispozícii.

To miejsce od razu robi bardzo dobre wrażenie – naprawdę wyjątkowa lokalizacja. Wszystko jest na wyciągnięcie ręki, a dojazd z lotniska zajmuje maksymalnie 20 minut metrem, co jest ogromnym plusem. W okolicy znajduje się mnóstwo sklepów, a komunikacja jest doskonała, dzięki czemu poruszanie się po mieście jest szybkie i wygodne. Apartament był bardzo czysty, świetnie wyposażony i posiadał wszystkie udogodnienia, których można potrzebować podczas pobytu – od w pełni wyposażonej kuchni po komfortową przestrzeń do relaksu. Z pełnym przekonaniem mogę polecić to miejsce i z pewnością jeszcze z niego skorzystam. Naprawdę warto!
