Very nice people and helpful

We was here for 11 days and we didn't see anyone clean the pools it was dirty and the bottom of the pools

Location was very good. Apartment was very clean no insects etc during our stay. All facilities available. Hosts were very nice met us with key and did handover of apartment, amenities and facilities. Hosts kept communication throughout our stay which was a very nice thing to do in case anything occurred or we had any issues, we didn't. Entrance door along with some doors along the corridors and pool area were opened with a fob which gave a good sense of security. Apartment complex had someone at main desk day and night complex was quiet not a lot of noice at night signs were displayed about noise after 10pm and appeared to be noted by guests.

Bathroom in apartment was very confined manageable but thought for space totally outside hosts control but worth a mention. As mentioned there was great security with fob entry however on occasion if both guests were not together there was no entry to complex corridors or pool areas.

En fait j'ai bien apprécié l'accueil de l'hôte. Ils étaient au rendez vous. Ils nous ont montré les commodités de l'appartement.

La literie "lit et sa garniture" n'était pas aussi conformatble. Un seul sachet à poubelle. Machine à café classique ancienne pour café moulu alors que la tendance est la machine à capsule. Aussi le fait de quitter l'appartment à 10h je vois que ce n'est pas logique après ils étaient gentille de rajouter une heure. Après le coffre fort à 2 ou 3 euros par jours c'est une aberration car nous sommes en 2025 les coffres fort ne coûtent rien du tout. La lampe par détecteur de mouvement au niveau de la salle de bain n est pas pratique car une fois sous la douche tu dois ètre amené à saluer à chaque fois le détecteur pour qu'elle s'allume comme tu finiras ta douche. Mes remarques ne sont pas pour blâmer l'hôte je les ai faites dans le cadre de l'amélioration.

Very clean, had everything one required. Central for Playa las Americas beaches and restaurants, but in a quiet location

Hot water supply to shower limited duration TV signal buffering when trying to watch it

Lovely and clean and close to all entertainment without the noise

The tv didn't always work and could of had a few more bath towels

Location excellent
