Casa dolcezza con terrazza e WI FI

أقمنا في هذه الشقة وكانت تجربة رائعة بكل المقاييس. الشقة نظيفة وجميلة، ومجهزة بكافة الاحتياجات الأساسية، بما في ذلك غسالة الملابس، الأواني المتكاملة، إضافة إلى توفر مصعد داخل المبنى مما يجعل الإقامة مريحة وسهلة. السكن يتمتع بدرجة عالية من الأمان، والحي المحيط جميل وهادئ، كما تتوفر مواقف مجانية داخل نفس المبنى بالقرب من المصعد، وهو أمر مميز للغاية. أود أن أتوجه بالشكر الخاص للمضيفة Doly التي كانت في غاية اللطف والتعاون معنا؛ فقد تجاوبت مع رسائلنا على الفور دون أي تأخير، وكانت بانتظارنا عند وصولنا في الشارع لتدلّنا على الشقة والمواقف، رغم أن حجزنا تم قبل وصولنا بساعة ونصف فقط، وهذا يعكس مستوى عالٍ من الاهتمام والخدمة المميزة

الملاحظة الوحيدة التي تستحق الإشارة هي أن الشقة تقع على مسافة أبعد قليلًا من المنطقة المركزية، مما قد يستلزم السير لمدة ١٥ إلى ٢٠ دقيقة

Great stay, good contact with owner at arrival. Close to shops, 20 min walk to city centre, quite neighborhood. Apartment clean and cosy with nice terrace. Underground parking with elevator to the flat. I would go back if visit Riva again.

Kitchenware to be improved - just one set of cutlery and same with small/big plates for 4 people are not practical.

The apartment was spotless and well-organized. The enclosed parking area with direct elevator access to the apartment was excellent. The terrace was spacious with a great view and comfortable chair set. Communication with Doly was easy and fast—she’s really nice and polite. She was also very kind to let us check in early.

We stayed there during a very hot period, and unfortunately, the apartment had no air conditioning or any fans. It was unbearably hot during the day. We tried to get some air circulation by opening windows on both sides, but then we had to deal with mosquitoes, which was a real problem as my toddler suffered from several bites. The water in the bathroom was completely cold on the first night, but Doly came and fixed it within a few minutes, so that wasn’t a major issue. However, I did have to take a cold shower that night, which was disappointing. Both the sofa bed and the bed in the bedroom were quite noisy and uncomfortable. I expected at least the bed to be comfortable, but it wasn’t, which was another letdown. Lastly, the city tax was never mentioned during the booking process and was collected in cash. I’m familiar with this practice, but I believe it should have been clearly stated in the apartment's information

Clean, in a quiet location.

There was no air conditioning (but we were told that usually it is not that hot in here so worth checking the weather), very limited resources for using a dishwasher and a washing machine.

Everything was superb. Host was super friendly and helpful. For Us location was superfine. Garage parking is secured and easy assessable. Apartment based on the 3rd floor, lift goes from garage. Terrace with nice view. Equipment new and all working accordingly.

The apartment was beautiful and very modern in design. The key handover went smoothly. It is in a quiet location and about a 20-25 minute walk to the center of Riva del Garda. Particularly noteworthy is the parking space in the underground car park and the elevator. The hostess is very friendly and accommodating. Recently, there is also internet access.

The location is at the maximum limit for walking into town. Otherwise no complaints. I guess there are a couple of possibilities to rent a bike.
