Beautifully preserved building, very authentic!

loved the big windows and the details in the room. The stay felt as an incredibly luxurious stay although the prices are super affordable!

"Lovely stay in the centre of Middelburg"

This lovely historical property is in a wonderful location, very central but peaceful as well. We enjoyed the experience of staying in a piece of history, in comfort. There are 2 suites on the ground floor and we stayed in both of them. The rooms both have a lot of natural daylight coming in, high ceilings, rain shower and comfortable beds. We liked the personal touches such as refreshments in the fridge and a selection of teas beautifully presented. The owner was welcoming and friendly. As we were staying in the center, everything was walking distance. We would love to come back.

"Perfect stay in a beautiful location"

The buildings itself was beautiful with plenty of character and we both loved our room (Zee Suite). Everything was spotless clean, the bed the most comfortable I ever slept in in a hotel and there were plenty of additional touches which just made our stay even more special (selection of green teas, sweet treats etc.). We were also allowed to keep our bikes on site which was greatly appreciated. Great location with lots of cafés and restaurants nearby. I'd definitely return to this place.

A beautiful room, in a perfect central location. We loved the decoration, comfortable bed, herbal tea, monsoon shower, and the snacks laid out for breakfast. There were so many sweet touches that made us feel welcome. Located 1 minute from the centre of the old town, yet quiet and opposite a small park and canal. We highly recommend.
