La piscina no tenía agua

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this property. The owner failed to comply with terms and conditions, which explicitly state that the security deposit collection should be arranged 7 days prior to the stay. Instead, I was abruptly requested to pay a €100 security deposit via international bank transfer the afternoon before arrival. As I explained to the owner, this was not feasible due to UAE banking regulations, which impose a 4-hour delay for new beneficiaries and require 1-2 business days for international transfers. Despite offering to pay the deposit in cash upon arrival, the owner refused and denied us access to the property by withholding the entrance codes. This breach of terms led to significant inconvenience, forcing us to urgently find alternative accommodation during our journey from Malaga to Barcelona. Additionally, no refund was provided for the booking, despite being unable to access the property. This experience was highly unprofessional and caused unnecessary stress and financial loss. I strongly advise potential guests to avoid this property due to the owner’s failure to honor agreed terms and lack of flexibility.

Its a very nice flat

Pressure of the water for the shower was very weak, in the comunal bathroom it was almost non existing, the suite's shower wasn't so bad but still very weak
