Spacious 4BDR House By Homebird Property Management Short Lets & Serviced Accommodation Leeds With Private Parking & Garden

Lovely house, very clean and modern. Decorated to a high standard and well looked after. Bed was very comfortable and not a cheap nasty bed. Host was very nice. This is the only house I would be happy to stay in again and I’ve been working in the Leeds area for a few months never staying in one please more than one week because they haven’t been good enough unlike this house.

I booked this property twice for my colleagues who were conducting works in the area. Perfect house for contractors. They informed me that this property is lovely, the beds were very comfortable for them. There was ample parking and plenty of utensils in the kitchen to prepare and make food. Mike the host was extremely attentive and we booked another property in the area from him. Mike is very responsive and nothing was an issue for him. Thank you Mike for accommodating the team!

House was great, lots of room. Hosts were lovely via message. Sent lots of information before we stayed and checked up if we needed anything whilst we were there. Highly recommend.

We were here for work - a conference in Leeds. The house was slightly further out than we would have liked, but taxis in/out were efficient and quick. The house was comfortable, clean and exactly as described. Very professional.

Providing a tea towel in the kitchen would have been good! The flush in the upstairs bathroom toilet was temperamental. Providing shower gel in the showers would have been a nice touch. The location was a little odd, with the unfinished road!

Spacious. We were four ladies returning to our uni city. The house is great in terms of being able to sit together and it is good value. Well located for town and the shopping car parks just slightly dubious area and unfinished development.

Not brilliantly clean and oven and trays were dirty and needed a good clean. It would be nice to have shower gel and a bath mat. Definitely needs lick of paint but just think the developers didn’t do a good job and used the worst paint and generally left the house with a poor finish and hadn’t snagged. Could do with some lamps and rugs. This is my job though so I am highly detailed. The manager was very helpful and it is a good house and we would stay again. We still really recommend it!

My stay here was amazing. The house was really clean and the beds was comfortable, I love that the host thought of everything. There was cups and plates even stuff to cook with, which is really nice. The host was gracious and accommodating, when we requested to extend our stay it was very straightforward and easy. 10/10 definitely will book again.
