The host was very kind, helpful, and always available if needed. Check-in and check-out were very easy and convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the location is relatively close to the ferry port and train station, which was very practical.

There was occasionally an unpleasant smell coming from the pipes or drain in the room. The bathroom shower had inconsistent water temperature, sometimes hot and sometimes cold. The accommodation is located uphill, which can be tiring with luggage. Breakfast is served at a nearby place rather than at the accommodation itself, there is no seating available there, and the selection is quite limited, mostly consisting of pastries.

The room was spacious and spotless. Every little detail made our stay so comfortable. There even was some turndown service every day! Water and Juice in the fridge, and some snacks avaialble at all times. Communication was easy and they even kept our bags until we left. We amwere in our honeymoon so they surprised us with a treat! Thank you!

Large clean room, easy check in

Whilst it's a positive to have a shared kitchen, unfortunately that means noise outside the room, which at times unsettling as a solo traveller. The breakfast is at a bakery near by, didn't use it but not sure that's clear on booking.com. The room I had was noisy when the floors above used the bathroom.
