The staff were very welcoming and gave a personal service as we were the only ones staying in the hotel at that moment, especially the lady ( sorry didn't get her name) that done our breakfast every morning . Also the location was excellent.

Our room wasn't the greatest.. we went in December and it was very cold , had to find a little heater in a cupboard to try and give us some heat , the hotel is in a residential building and the flat above us was very noisy with their TV, talking and moving around,also our window looked out onto the square which was a very nice view but the noise again from outside especially in the early hours kept us awake

This is a very unique boutique hotel. Staying here felt like staying in a palace, especially with the regal decoration and furnishings. Centrally located, makes for the most convenient place to stay. We can’t praise the staff enough. Genuinely spoilt and looked after as if we were the only people staying. Perfect date weekend or romantic City break.

The hotel is quite hidden and probably not ideal for someone with mobility issues, although there is a small lift to take you from the ground floor to the third floor where the hotel is located.
