Che lo staff non rispondeva ci hanno lasciato tutto il tempo soggiornato senza il codice del portone , per entrare dovevano lasciare la finestra aperta

Tiene una excelente localización y cómodo espacio.

Algunos detalles en las cerraduras rotas y en la cerámica del baño.

A localização é excelente, o conforto das camas e quartos. Tem toda estrutura necessária para uma excelente estadia. A climatização funciona muito bem. A limpeza estava otima.

Por termos que usar a parte da sala para dormir, pela manhã fica muito claro, falta uma persiana ou cortinado. Pela janela da sala dar acesso direto a rua, acredito que se colocarem uma grade pelo lado de fora as pessoas se sintam mais seguras.

The location was good.

The apartment was not ready when we arrived at 3pm, which was listed as checkin time. There was cleaning lady working at the apartment and she did not allow us in or to allow us to keep the luggage. She stayed there for 2.5 hours and we got the apartment at 545pm. At that time when we entered, the apartment was not cleaned thoroughly. There was dust/sand in the floor throught out the apartment/halway/rooms. The bathroom/kitchen was dirty with stains all over the sink/toilet etc. The host was not picking up my phone. Only responeded through booking.com portal or through whatsapp but only in Spanish. In the end I was very disappointed with how I was treated and we wasted a lot of time waiting for apartment to become ready and not spend time in the city as we had planned.

Location. Beds were comfortable and clean.

Internet did not work. The TV remote was not available. The host was not attentive to these problems. We had to spend the entire stay without internet and TV. The apartment info did not include anything at all about it being in the basement. That was disappointing.
