Not so far to marina and city center. Clean and nice place. Anyway place for sleeping only :-).

Didn't know that I have to leave money as advance.

The location was perfect, it was clean, the place was calm and the parking lot was safe.

We did like hosts here! Even though ladies didn’t talk English we got on well with each other. And we are grateful to the guy (son), who helped us with all the issues. Not only he was answering at night (we came around 9 p.m.), but he also came to fix our problems right on the next day. The property itself is spacious enough, clean and is furnished with all necessary goods: from stove and kettle to water heater and dishes. The flat itself is situated in the basement, but if you keep all the curtains open you have enough of daylight in every room. We didn’t pay any extra money as it was mentioned in other comments, so no surprises on that behalf. And yes, we were 5 min away from Lidl, that is rather convenient if you are about to eat at home, not at restaurants.

We only had troubles with internet connection, but this issue was fixed on the second day of our renting. It started lugging as well on the last day with no reason, but I assume that it has something to do with the provider. There is also one mislead in the description: you need to walk at least 2km to get to the beach (and approx 2.5 km to the sandy beach). 1 km is a distance to the sea, but you definitely can’t swim there. Everything else was perfect as we are not really demanding guests and just appreciated calmness and ability to work along with having rest.

The fully equipped underground apartment was clean and the guest Alida very kind.

The problem was the noise during the nights (loud music and people screaming) and rent deposit not indicate on booking but only at our arrive.
