Le logement a de style et est très fonctionnel,très au calme et avec un parking privé pour un véhicule que je peux dire que c'est pas de luxe pour la ville. Pour moi personnellement voir que j'ai des gros soucis de dos je préfère les matelas très fermes mais a pas négliger que les deux lits de logement sont très confortables.

We loved the location of this property. It was so easy to walk to the train station, to catch a bus to the beach and to walk to close by supermarkets, restaurants and the historic centre was only a few minutes away. We loved that there are 2 full bathrooms - travelling with 2 teenagers meant this was greatly appreciated!

Some of the cooking & cleaning facilities were a little lacking - staying for 6 nights, we like to do SOME cooking "at home" - but it was a bit limiting with only a medium size pot and nothing to clean and wipe down the benches with. We made do but a few things - paper towel, spray surface cleaner, a larger pot for cooking pasta for 4 people - would have been handy.

The property itself and location were exceptional. The house was very clean and comfortable.

We had problem with Wi-Fi. The air-conditioning was not working during our stay nad it was very hot.

Erdvus butas, labai gerai įrengtas, kaip aprašyta taip ir viskas yra. Pirmame aukšte du kambariai ir virtuvė su svetaine, dušas su wc. Antrame aukšte kambarys ir dušas su wc. Visuose kambariuose atskiri kondicionieriai, puikiai veikia, languose tinkleliai nuo uodų, jų labai reikia, nes uodų atskrenda, taip pat naujos langų langinės, kurios apsaugo nuo saulės. Super dalykas. Gyvenome 6 asm. Puikiai tilpome. Iki jūros 20-30 min. Tačiau netoli senamiestis, tiltas ir pan. Prie jūros einant upe, atsidursite prie rato, o ten yra ir nemokamas viešas paplūdimys. Mums ten labai patiko. Šeimininkas labai malonus, jei turėdavome klausimų iškart atrašydavo. Susisiekite su šeimininku per WhatsApp. Butas tikrai puikus. 😀😀😀

Soggiorno perfetto! La casa super accogliente, vicina al centro di Rimini, spaziosa, ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort. Avere il parcheggio riservato è stato un vero PLUS!! L’host sempre gentile e disponibile. Se tornerò a Rimini sicuramente mi piacerebbe tornare in questa casa.

Close to city centre, parking with electric charge

Apartment was not clean. Simply dirty kitchen, shower tray, dust under the beds, drawers. When we informed contact person he indicates ‘mistakes happen’ and he said apartment was cleaned just before we arrived. He knows how to talk, but we think his words do not match reality. The interior is a mix of cheap stuff. The name of the apartment indicates design. I would not call it design, but vintage. The neighbourhood was not nice. No balance at all between price paid and quality delivered
